Sharon joined the firm in 2021, taking care of the day to day running and future development of the business, enabling the senior team to fully focus on delivering the best service to our clients.

As a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Sharon prides herself in being a ‘people first’ leader/manager and says her role can be described simply as creating the right environment for the team to work at their natural best.

With a keen interest in personal development, she enjoys learning and things that challenge her thinking, so can often be found with her head in a book. (Recent favourites includes; The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek and the EQ Leader by Steven J. Stein). Her favourite way to relax is with the girls at the spa, where two types of bubbles are usually involved.
